Before Yoga Classes

  • Avoid big meals 2 hours before classes. 
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
  • Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class time. For security and class continuity, the doors are locked at sharp class time. At the end of the class, please leave the room quietly. Some students may be resting in Shavasana or meditating.
