An ideal class for beginners! 

Learn yoga by focusing on aligning the breath with the poses. As yoga begins to transform your body & mind, you will feel the stress decreasing and your energy levels rising. 

The class is taught by Manisha M. and runs from August 13 to November 26 2016.
