We are proud to be Edmonton’s exclusive traditional yoga studio.

Traditional Yoga typically is Hatha style yoga done at room temperature. Each class comprises of a sequence of slow paced asanas, holding each asana for 1-2 min while focusing on the breath and ultimately letting go of any tension in both body and mind. Pranayama (yogic breathwork), and focus on chakras (energy centres), Mantras, and Mudras (hand seals) form an important component of traditional yoga. We also include vedic philosophy in our classes.
